libsepol1-dev software package provides SELinux binary policy manipulation library and development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsepol1-dev
libsepol1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsepol1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsepol1-dev *
You will get with libsepol1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
